Microscopy Classroom
In this classroom, we spend our time in observation pollen cells (from the Greek "pales") and saliva cells of my colleagues. We met the automatic pipettor - to measure the ocuppied by the solutions - and used the blades to put the pollen and the saliva. We leave the laboratory in groups, looking for flowers to remove the pollen. In the microscope, we learn to focus and reveal depth.
Materials used: Automatic pipettor, blades, microscope, toothpicks, pollen and saliva.
